This is basically an all in one optimization plugin, it can:
- clean and optimize your website database
- cache pages
- compress your images
Pagespeed Ninja

This is one of my favorites because of all the features, you can have different settings for desktop and mobile, and it also has improvement suggestions.
I’d prefer if there’s a clear cache button on the top admin navigation though.
LiteSpeed Cache

This is the latest WordPress plugin I discovered, it truly does make your pagespeed score higher with simple configurations.
